Western Man Charged With Criminal Mischief

A Western man is facing felony criminal mischief charges after an incident in the Town of Stuben.

State Police say Joseph Juliano went to a home in Stuben to confront a man who lived there, and when he found the man was not home, Juliano then allegedly broke two windows on the home with a baseball bat.

Troopers arrested Juliano when he was seen driving by the residence and looking for the man later that night.
