Western Man Charged With Sexual Abuse

Western, NY (WIBX) – A Western man has been charged with sexual abuse.
Officials with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 45-year old Dwayne Kirk was arrested after an investigation into a sexual assault.
The investigation will be turned over to the District Attorney’s Office for grand jury action.
The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
