Westmoreland Man Arrested On Sex Abuse Charges

A Westmoreland man has been arrested by State Police on sex abuse charges.

Troopers say 33-year old David Seelman is accused of having sexual contact with a girl under 11 years of age.

Seelman is charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $20,000 bail.

The victim was offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
