Westmoreland Woman Charged With Falsifying Business Records
A Westmoreland woman has been arrested and charged with falsifying business records.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 50-year old Patrice Taurisano allegedly stole over $800 worth of cash and cigarettes while she worked as a cashier at the Turin Road Car Wash in Rome.
The theft took place from July through September of this year.
Deputies say Taurisano completed voided sales transactions on a cash register to conceal the larcenies she was committing.
