What Is Gangnam Style? What Is Minecraft? Take A Peek At Both

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - If, like some of us over the age of 20, you have still not yet heard of Gangnam Style or Minecraft, here is a primer on both.

Gangnam style is a song/dance that was popularized by Korean rapper PSY.  Minecraft is a video game developed by a Swedish programmer named Markus Alexej Persson, also known as "Notch," who has since amassed thousands of followers on Facebook. and released by Mojang and then Microsoft.  When "Notch" stepped down Jens Peder Bergenten, or "Jeb," took over.

Minecraft is basically a self-directed and interactive game of cubes and creativity, where players battle zombies, creepers, spiders, and the like while accumulating resources and creating buildings and communities.
