What Should Kim Davis Do?

Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis returns to work today after serving jail time for refusing to issue marriage licenses in defiance of the United States Supreme Court's ruling on same sex marriage.

Although a condition of her release is that she not interfere with the issuance of licenses, Davis' attorney says she will not grant licenses.  We are not asking what you think she will do, but rather what you think she should do.
