Where Has the Customer Service Gone, Boss?

Keeler received some difficult customer service at an unnamed store this week and it was the topic of conversation on the show.

He didn't like the fact that the young manager called him, "Boss" when speaking to him about a problem with the service provided.  However, it was what happened after he took issue with the word "boss" that seemed to set him off.
