A Whitesboro man has been arrested following a six-month investigation by New Hartford Police and the State Attorney General's Office.

41-year old Ronald Brindisi allegedly stole an elderly woman's credit card and used it at a number of area stores over a two-day period.

Police got video from Wal Mart on Commercial Drive and Price Chopper in South Utica showing a man makiing purchases at the stores.

They were able to identify the man as Brindisi.

He was charged with forgery, criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny.
