Whitesboro Man Charged With Snowmobiling While Intoxicated

A Whitesboro man has been arrested for allegedly operating a snowmobile while intoxicated.

State Police say 57-year old Paul Sperling was found unconscious in the roadway along South Shore Road in the Town of Webb.

Police say Sperling was located by a passerby laying a few feet away from a snowmobile.

Sperling was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated and released.

He was also charged with operating a snowmobile without insurance, operating an unregistered snowmobile and speeding.
