Whitesboro Teens Charged In Utica Burglary

Two Whitesboro teens are facing charges in a burglary involving a gun that happened on the 1400 block of Neilson Street in Utica.

Utica Police have charged Eian Delmedico and Kameron Evans, both 17, with robbery and burglary.

Police say the teens were confronted by the woman who lived in the home, her boyfriend and another man while leaving the apartment with stolen property

They say a fight broke out and one of the suspects allegedly displayed a handgun.  One of the suspects suffered a head injury during the altercation.

The handgun was recovered and found to be a BB gun.

The investigation is continuing.
