Whitesboro Woman Injured After Being Struck By Vehicle In Mall Parking Lot
An elderly Whitesboro woman was taken to the hospital after being struck by a car as she was walking into the Sangertown Mall.
New Hartford Police say Bertha Bramley, 86, was walking through the parking lot when she was allegedly hit by Aida Agicic, 16, of Utica, who was attempting to pull into a parking space.
Bramley was taken to Saint Luke's Hospital after complaining of head and ankle pain, along with a cut to her left elbow.
Agicic was issued a summons for unlicensed operation.
