Who Could Beat President Obama in 2012?

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A new Zogby Interactive poll shows New Jersey Governor Chris Christie leads a hypothetical field of contenders for president among Republican voters.

Just over 2,000  likely voters were polled and Christie is the only Republican tested who leads President Barack Obama.

The poll shows the second choice among Republicans is Mitt Romney and coming in third was Sarah Palin.

Conservatives also chose Christie in the poll with 28-percent, followed by Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee.

The poll was conducted December 30, 2010 to January 3, 2011.
