Who’s Pictured on the Retro WIBX Coffee Mug

WIBX will be celebrating 90 years of service to Utica-Rome later this year and we've been gathering relics from the past.  We recently found this old WIBX mug from the 80's or 90's and were wondering, who do you think is pictured on this mug.
