With cattle and calf herd at their lowest level since the 1950's, beef prices high an all-time record high earlier this month.

Jean O'Toole from the New York State Beef Council joined WIBX First News with Keeler in the Morning to talk about what is causing the spike, and what you can do to stretch your beef budget.
