Will You Go Out or Stay In this Halloween?

It is estimated that half of us will "stay in" this Halloween and, among those of  us who do, fewer than a third will get trick or treaters knocking at their doors.

Do you plan to go out or stay in this Halloween?  And if you do go out is someone at home handing out candy?
