William Potoczny Facing New Charge

A New Hartford man who was already in custody in Bergen County, New Jersey for allegedly trying to meet a six-year old girl for sex is now facing charges locally.

New Hartford Police arrested 59-year old William Potoczny after seizing his computer and digital camera.

Police say they found numerous images of children engaged in sexual acts on the computer's hard drive.

Potoczny was charged with possessing child pornography

Analysis of the computer is continuing and authorities say additional charges may be filed.
