Woman Arrested In Ilion Stabbing Death

An Ilion woman has been arrested in the stabbing death of an Ilion man.

Ilion Police have charged 24-year old Crystal Pullin with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

66-year old Gary Eckler died after being stabbed in a home on Clark Street on Friday morning.

Police aren't releasing any further details on the incident.
