Woman Charged In Camden School District Bomb Threat

A Camden woman has been arrested for allegedly calling in a bomb threat to the Camden Central School District.

35-year old Melanie McCarney is charged with falsely reporting an incident and making a terroristic threat.

Camden Police say McCarrney called the bus garage yesterday morning and said there was a bomb on a school bus and in a school building as well.

The bomb threat caused the evacuation of all buildings in the school district and the early dismissal of students.
