Woman Charged Under Leandra’s Law

An Oriskany Falls woman is facing charges under Leandra's Law.

State Police say 37-year old Jaime Kilts crashed her SUV into the Clark Library on Main Street in Oriskany Falls.

Troopers say Kilts was under the influence of prescription medication and had her two year old son in the vehicle.

She was charged with aggravated DWI, DWAI drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
