Woman Charged With Promoting Prison Contraband

A Hornell, NY woman is facing charges for allegedly trying to smuggle synthetic marijuana, also know as K-2, into the Marcy Correctional Facility.

State Police have charged 29-year old Morgan Spataro with promoting prison contraband.

Spataro was issued an appearance ticket.
