A woman is recovering after an accident on Route 69 in Annsville last night.

Sherry Christman allegedly lost control of her 2010 Toyota pickup truck while travelling west on Route 69 at approximately 9:00pm on November 27, 2014.  The truck swerved off of the road and into a ditch.

A passenger in the car was thought to be uninjured and refused medical treatment.  Christman, however, complained of chest pain and was brought to St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Oneida County Sheriff's deputies on the scene were assisted by the Lee Center Fire Department and the Taberg Fire Department.

Authorities believe that icy road conditions played a role in the accident.
