(WIBX950 Sports) A New York woman has filed a lawsuit against the New York Yankees, claiming the team's famous top-hat logo was designed by her late uncle.  Tanit Buday of Yonkers is seeking unspecified damages for copyright infringement, unjust enrichment and breach of contract with her uncle, claiming the signature emblem was drafted by Kenneth Timur in 1936 at the request of then Yankee owner Jacob Ruppert.   The Yankees say there is no proof to Buday's claim.  The top-hat logo is long credited to the late sports artist Henry Alonzo "Lon" Keller.
