Women Arrested After Refusing Chemical DWI Test

City of Fulton, NY (WIBX) - State Police in Fulton arrested a Fulton woman following a traffic stop, and charged her with DWI and other vehicle and traffic violations. According to officials, 28-year-old Paula R. Coller was pulled over around 4:10 this morning, and refused to submit to a chemical test.

She was remanded to the City of Fulton lockup after arraignment in front of Judge Luddington. State police are reminding motorists to exercise caution when traveling around the holiday season.
