Would You Buy A Haunted House?

They say that "true hauntings" are rare but experts believe that paranormal activity exists in more houses than one might initially think.

That being said, would you buy a house that is said to be haunted?  If so would you have it investigated first?  Or... do you not believe in such nonsense and are banking on the fact that other people do so you can get a good deal on a house of which others are afraid?

A new survey reveals that most Americans would take a chance on a haunted house.  Are you among them?
