Wreath Laying At Six Monuments Highlights Utica’s Veterans Day [VIDEO]

Wreath laying ceremonies at the city's six monuments highlighted today's Veterans Day activities in Utica.

Chris Urban, Commander of Utica Post 229, led the ceremony at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument on Oneida Square.  Urban says without the sacrifices of veterans, America would not be was it is today.

Wreath laying ceremonies also took place at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the POW-MIA Monument and the World War I/World War II/Korean War Monument on the Parkway.
