The Deputy Wyman Foundation will be holding its annual Fall Festival on Saturday from noon to 5:00 at the Whitestown Park on Gibson Road.

Proceeds from the event will be used for the construction of a memorial park honoring Oneida County Sheriff's Deputy Kurt Wyman, who was shot and killed in the line of duty  in June of 2011.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office will be providing free Child ID’s throughout the day along with hay rides, bounce houses for kids, face painting, live displays by the Utica Zoomobile, and various sports contests.

There will also be soccer games throughout the day and there will also be various vendors at the event.

Prior to the event, there will be an official groundbreaking to kick off the actual construction of the park.
