10-year old Autumn Blinn of Rome was recently honored by the New York Yankees as part of their HOPE Week.

Autumn was recognized for her work to help those in need through her "Pillows of Love" initiative.

The Yankees also presented the Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare Regional Dialysis Center with a check for $5,000 in honor of Autumn's work.

Her pilllow making initiative began when she made one for her grandfather who receives kidney dialysis treatment at Faxton-St. Luke's.

Over the last year, she's made about 175 pillows for children and adults at hospitals in upstate New York and New York City.
