Bronx, NY (Sports Network) - Mark Teixeira's two-out, game-winning single inthe bottom of the ninth proved to be the difference as the Yankees scored two in the frame to come back and edge the Toronto Blue Jays, 5-4, in the seconof a three-game set.

Frank Francisco (1-2) took the hill for the ninth with Toronto ahead 4-3 and retired Brett Gardner on a groundout before allowing a pinch-hit double to Jorge Posada. Chris Dickerson came on to pinch-run and Derek Jeter grounded out with Dickerson taking third. Curtis Granderson then singled through the right side to tie the game.

The speedy Granderson moved into scoring position with a steal of second and came home with the winning run when Teixeira lined a base hit off the glove of first baseman Juan Rivera that trickled into right field.

CC Sabathia (5-3) threw a complete game, allowing eight hits and four runs,recording 77 of his 103 pitches for strikes.
