Mark Tiexeira hit a 3 run home run and Curtis Granderson added a tie breaking solo shot as the Yankees take their opening day game at the Stadium.The Yankees beat the Detriot Tigers at frigid Yankee Stadium 6-3.    Jabba Chamberlin gets the win in relief of starter CC Sabathia, who went 6 innings and struck out 7, while aggless Mariano Rivera gets his 560th save of his career.    Former Yankee Phil Coke takes the loss for the Tigers, Justin Verlander started for the Tigers.
