Yorkville Man Arrested Following Fraud Investigation

A Yorkville man is facing fraud charges after being identified as a suspect in a credit card fraud investigation.

New Hartford Police say Frank Johnson allegedly made several unauthorized credit card transactions in the Utica and New Hartford area using stolen cards.

Johnson is charged with Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree, a class E felony; and Forgery in the 2nd degree and Identity Theft in the 1st degree, both class D felonies.

He is scheduled to return to New Hartford Court at a later date.
