Beltre, Rangers Beat Yanks 7-3
Adrian Beltre had three hits and three RBI's helping the Rangers to a 7-3 victory over the Yankees, as Texas took the rubber game of the three game series.
Beltre had one of three homers for the Rangers who improved to 15-4 on the season and have won six straight series to start the year. Mike Napoli and Mitch Moreland homered as well.
Phil Hughes was yanked after 2 2.3 innings, allowing four runs on five hits, falling to 1-3.
Raul Ibanez had two hits and two RBI's for New York (10-8), including a seventh-inning upper deck blast, while Derek Jeter added two more hits, raising his batting average to .420.
Ivan Nova (3-0) gets the ball as New York comes home to start a series with Detroit on Friday night. Justin Verlander (2-1) is the Tigers' scheduled starter.
