Camden Woman Charged In Hit And Run

Camden, NY (WIBX) - The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Camden woman for her alleged involvement in a hit and run accident.

It happened Monday night on Route 69 in Rome.

40-year old Sara Chamberlain was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury motor vehicle accident -- a Felony.

Deputies say a vehicle they recovered had damage consistent with debris recovered at the accident scene.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Camden Police Department.

The investigation is continuing.
