Fatal Accident In Trenton

Trenton, NY (WIBX) - A Sylvan Beach man was killed in a two-car accident on Powell Road in the Town
of Trenton.

State Police say 17-year old Jarrod Stanek of Barneveld lost control of his vehcile on
the slippery road and collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 70-year old William
Wooler.

Stanek and Wooler were taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center, where Wooler later
died.

A passenger in Wooler's vehicle suffered minor injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
