Fire Fighter Injured After Birnie Bus Catches Fire

A fire at the Birnie Bus Company on Dwyer Ave in Utica is being investigated. 

Utica fire officials say one fire fighter was injured in the early Tuesday morning incident, but the extent of the injuries has not been disclosed.

The call was reported at 3:42 a.m.

The fire originated in a bus and was contained one bus, a press release from the UFD stated. The cause is under investigation.
