Genesee Street Price Chopper Closed Due To Sprinkler Malfunction

The Price Chopper on Genesee Street in Utica is closed until further notice.

Crews are currently at the Price Chopper cleaning up after a reported sprinkler malfunction that caused management to evacuate the store earlier this afternoon.

There's no word yet on the extent of any damage or when the store will re-open.
