Due to the recent flooding many residents have been asking Ilion Days officials if the annual Doo-Dah Parade will still be held this year. The answer is a resounding yes. The Doo-Dah Parade will go on as scheduled on Friday July 19, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The parade will follow the same route as last year, beginning on Fredrick Street and ending at the intersection of East Clark and Catherine Streets.

The only detours will be the usual parade detours, including State Route 51 from the intersection of Central Ave and Main Street. All traffic will be directed around the parade route from approximately 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

The Doo-Dah Parade is held every year as part of the Village of Ilion's Ilion Days Celebration. The parade ends with an outdoor party hosted by the Ilion Elks Club.
