Ilion Man Arrested For DWI

An Ilion man was arrested on various traffic charges, including driving while intoxicated.

Ilion Police say 56-year Richard D. Ritton was arrested on March 23, 2013 and charged with DWI for allegedly having a blood alcohol level of .18-percent or higher.

He is scheduled to appear in court on April 9, 2013 to answer the charges.
