The Justice Department is investigating following the shooting death of one of the militia members involved in the occupation of a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon.

The agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation has not yet been named.  However, law enforcement officials say that the agent is being accused of firing two shots at Robert "LaVoy" Finicum's truck in January and then lying about it.

The 55-year-old Finicum was killed in January of 2016 after officers fired at him.

The unnamed agent allegedly never reported firing the shots.
