AirSoft Gun Arrest of 16 Year Old in Rome

A Rome woman will defend her son in court today after he was charged with possession of a weapon.  It really wasn't a weapon, it was an Airsoft gun.  We'll have her on the air this morning.  WKTV field this report.

The Floyd Disabled Vet Who Was Told His Farm Was No Longer A Farm

We have some resolution of this controversy.  The investigative reporting by Kristine and Andrew has inspired a resolution.  We spoke with Michael Kelly and confirmed with him that he he files paperwork today with the zoning board of appeals, that the township will cease their action against Kelly.  Kelly will then have until January to transfer the property back to Agriculture status.
