Little Falls Man Arrested On Sex Charges

A Little Falls man is facing a slew of charges after allegedly having sex with a minor.

Ilion Police arrested Derek DeRocco,28, for having sex with a person younger than seventeen years old.

DeRocco is charged with Rape, Criminal Sex Act and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
