Local Police Agencies Investigate Attempted Armed Robbery

Several local police agencies are investigating an early morning report of an attempted armed robbery and car jacking at the Little Caesars on Commercial Drive.

The Observer-Dispatch is reporting that the victim is an employee of the store and was allegedly robbed at gunpoint.

Two suspects took off on foot towards Main Street where police set up a perimeter.

Police left the area at around 3:00 a.m. this morning and reportedly have one suspect in custody.
