The first Friday in May is National No Pants Day.  A New York man decided to celebrate a little early and ended up being arrested for public lewdness.

This was not an ordinary case of a guy allegedly walking around the house without his pants on.  59-Year old Daniel E. McGrath of Wynantskill was driving along I-90 when he allegedly exposed himself to a passing driver.  Yes, he was in his car at the time, a gray Honda accord travelling westbound on the highway.

And, for those who think that the light on these strange stories only shines in the Sunshine State, one may find solace in the fact that the incident did indeed occur in Florida.  This Florida, however, is in the Montgomery County town of the same name located in the state of New York.

State Police fielded a complaint about the man's alleged exposure just after 8:00am on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.  Troopers quickly intercepted the man's morning commute.  They say McGrath admitted to the allegations.

They zipped over to the Fultonville barracks where he was formally charged with public lewdness.  Because It is a misdemeanor, McGrath was released pending a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
