HAMBURG, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say no one was hurt when a single-engine plane crashed in western New York.

Officials say it happened Wednesday night in Hamburg when the plane went off the runway and landed near a ravine. None of the three people on board were injured.

It's unclear what caused the plane to crash at Hamburg Airport, located a few miles south of Buffalo.

The incident remains under investigation.
