Nurse Surrenders License After Admitting to Taking Pictures of Patient’s Private Parts

A nurse is out of work after admitting to taking pictures of a patient's private parts.

Kristen Johnson of Fulton, New York surrendered her nursing license after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disseminating unlawful surveillance photos.

Investigators spent nine months looking into accusations made by Johnson's coworkers that she had texted photographs of two patients.

Johnson will also spend three years on probation.
