Oriskany Man Arrested At US-Canada Border

Alexandria Bay, NY (WIBX) - An Oriskany man is facing several charges after being arrested at the US-Canada border.

State Police say 43-year old Robert Fournier was stopped by US Customs agents at the Alexandria Bay point of entry.

Troopers say Fournier was found to be intoxicated and was in possession of illegal fireworks and a pipe containing marijuana residue.

Fournier was charged with DWI, unlawful possession of fireworks and unlawful possession of marijuana.
