Police Investigating Stabbing At The Lanterns Bar In Town Of Litchfield

Town of Lichfield, NY (WIBX) - State Police in Herkimer County are investigating a stabbing at The Lanterns Bar in the Town of Litchfield, and need witnesses to come forward. The incident happened between the hours of 1:30 and 2:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day in the parking lot of the establishment. Police say two victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital--one suffered a laceration to the left leg and the other sustained several stab wounds to the back and shoulders. A suspect has been identified, however, anyone who witnessed the altercation is asked to contact State Police in Herkimer at (315) 866-7275.
