Power Outages Reported In Sections Of New York Mills, Oriskany, Whitesboro

Residents in and around Whitesboro, New York Mills and Oriskany are seeing power outages right now, as National Grid works to repair problems caused by the recent thunderstorm.

Nearly 2,800 customers are without power right now, including more than 1,400 in New York Mills, and westward toward Clark Mills Rd., Halsey Rd., and Judd Rd.

Other outages have been reported in Whitesboro, along Oriskany Bvld. and stretching along Sauquoit Street and past Flagg Street.

Another 300 people are without electricity near Oriskany, along Wood Rd. engulfing Beechnut Terrace, Walnut and Pinecrest Drive and Ashwood Ave.

National Grid expects to have the power back on between 10:15 and 11:30 tonight.
