Utica, NY (WIBX) - "Put it on my tab!", that's what one Utican alledgedly told the check-out clerk at a local Price Chopper as he walked out of the store with merchandise that he did not pay for, according to police.

32 year old Stefan Rubitski of Noyes Street was arrested for trying to steal more than $40 worth of food, including keilbasa, ground turkey, soda and peanuts.  Utica Police cought up with him outside the store and charged him with petit larceny.
