Police are investigating leads in the Access Federal Credit Union robbery.

Tim Bates with the Rome Police Department says they are investigating several active, verifiable leads and have four possible suspects in the case.

He provides a synopsis of what happened in the audio clip below.  (Note that the audio has been edited for length.)

The robbers took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in a charcoal-colored
four-door sedan.

Access FCU Robbery [UPDATE]

According to Rome Police, three black males walked into the credit union at around 12:30 p.m., two of which had handguns. One suspect jumped over the counter and took money while the two with guns kept customers at bay.
