Sex Offender Sought By UPD

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police are asking the public's help in locating a level 2 sex offender. Officials say 42 year old Michael T. Dixon Sr. is wanted for failing to notify authorities of his change of address. They say Dixon has ties to New York City however officials believe he's staying in the Utica area. The suspect is described as a 5'6, 170 pound, black man. Anyone with information about Dixon's whereabouts is urged to contact Utica Police officials at (315) 223-3582.
